PokePlushies started giving out it's regular, or "monthly" adoptables in October 2007. Since then, new adoptables have been made available on a fairly regular basis. Most of these are now considered limited edition, as only those at the very bottom of this page will be currently around for everyone to adopt.

The image on the left is the original form the adoptable was created in. The center is the hatched form (first regular, then shiny/virus), and the right column contains a description of the adoptable.

January 2008

KO Magikarp
Doom Darkrai
January marked the first time shiny Pokemon adoptables were released, adding a new dimension to the collectibles. While the exact formula is unknown to the general population, it has been confirmed that chances of getting shinies will improve if you take the time to level your adoptables, and will be reduced to zero if you do nothing with them.

February 2008

Valentines Minun
Valentines Plusle
Valentines Left Half Smoochum
Valentines Right Half Magby
In February, a new adoptable distribution method was introduced. When valentines were sent from one person to another, both the sender and the receiver would get a special adoptable, either Magby or Smoochum, unavailable through any other means.

March 2008

Easter Azurill
Easter Exeggcute
Coronamon
Lunamon
March 2008 saw the first virus mode Digimon adoptables on PokePlushies, and the second time Digimon adoptables were released since October 2007.. The system to get these is virtually identical to that of shiny Pokemon.

May 2008

Fierce Rayquaza
Bull Granbull
Adoptables for April 2008 were skipped on account of PokePlushies' creators having real lives to tend to, so the next set of adoptables were revealed in May. Most people didn't mind, while others were confused with the concept of the entities known as "Cydewinder" and "Quetzal" existing in the real world.

June 2008

Froslass
Rotom
A few days before the hatching date, it was announced that the big reveal would be delayed, however, these adoptables hatched on time anyway.

July 2008

Summer Olympics Umbreon
Summer Olympics Espeon
Much to the delight of eevee fans everywhere, July's pokeballs hatched into a pair of favorites. In honor of the 2008 Olympic Games, these two adoptables are showing off their sports gear.

September 2008

Regal Mewtwo
Regal Pikachu
Does the pikachu look a little different to you? Because the actual shiny pikachu closely resembles the normal, Quetzal made the decision to make this month's shiny blue to stand out. Before you ask about the tail, Quetzal has also stated that this is a Kanto version pikachu, from when Pokemon had no discernable genders.

October 2008

Jester Pichu
Hallowinged Kuriboh
October marked the second Yu-Gi-Oh adoptable released since the first ones were available one year prior. Instead of opting for the blue fur as done with the previous month's shiny, this pichu gets a costume change and a goldish tint.

December 2008

Chestnut Charmander
Gift Gigimon
December was a month filled with excitement as another Digivice was up for adoption. The last time a Digimon was a monthly adoptable was in March. Chestnut Charmander took a little creative licence, as the normal shiny charmanders are a shade of yellow. This shiny charmander takes its color scheme from the shiny version of charizard.
